| ABOUT THE SIERRA The Sierra Condominium is located on 801 S Greenbrier St., Arlington VA 22204. It is constituted of 96 apartments situated in a quiet residential neighborhood minutes from Washington D.C. with easy access to Route 50, Columbia Pike, Route 7 and I-395. Our Condo was built by Silverwoodhomes that completed construction in June of 2005, when new residents began occupying their new homes at The Sierra. This website is owned and managed by the Sierra Condominium Board of Directors.
